After a LOT of inner healing work and mindset work, I realized that the ONLY way to release fears and anxiety and find courage is to first trust yourself, find deep acceptance of who you are and give yourself unconditional love.
Doing this requires having faith in yourself. You need to know that have the strength, courage and confidence to move forward in your life and shape your own destiny without feeling like you need other people’s approval.
